Comprehensive Lead Testing for
Healthier Living Spaces

Lead-based paint and contaminated dust or soil are serious hazards—especially in homes built before 1978. Exposure to lead can cause developmental issues in children, as well as long-term health problems in adults.

At Shamrock Inspections, we perform thorough lead testing using EPA-certified methods to identify the presence of lead in paint, dust, soil, and water. Whether you're renovating, buying, leasing, or maintaining a property, our lead assessments give you the information you need to take smart, safe next steps.

From homeowners and landlords to contractors, we help you meet legal requirements and protect the people who matter most.

“Steve did our “new” home inspection (new to us!). He was very professional and answered every question we had for him. He was extremely detailed and didn’t leave any stone unturned. Would definitely recommend to all who are needing a home inspection at a very fair cost!”
